Postcards, brochures and signage help real estate agents promote themselves
Businesses of all kinds can use direct mailings to attract customers, and real estate agents are no different. In order to win new clients, real estate agents have to make themselves as visible as possible to people who are looking to buy and sell homes.
One of the best ways agents can raise awareness of their services is to send out postcards, create brochures and post signage all over their local neighborhood. Postcards help real estate agents get their face and name out there, while signage and brochures validate what people receive in their mailings by extending the agent's visibility throughout an area.
“I absolutely recommend marketing to people multiple times," said real estate agent Phil Wax. "I don't get results until I market to the same group of people four to five times. Also, you have to use different direct mail pieces, such as postcards and signs. People get bored receiving all postcards. Using these two methods, I get one to two new listings after each mailing.”
While direct mailings can help real estate agents build their customer base, they can use web-to-print software when creating their promotional material to more efficiently produce attractive and diverse pieces.
